LEGO for sale | Toycardon

Retired and hard-to-find LEGO sets, mostly still sealed, with Star Wars and Ultimate Collector Series models, Creator Expert and Icons buildings, Technic cars, rare minifigures and LEGO store displays.

What you will find here

Most items are complete LEGO sets, the majority unused and many still in sealed boxes. Star Wars is by far the largest theme, including Ultimate Collector Series models such as the Death Star, followed by Creator Expert and Icons (the Colosseum, Titanic, modular buildings), Technic, Ideas, DC and Marvel. There are also individual minifigures, including chrome promotional figures, employee gift sets, BrickLink Designer Program sets and in-store display models.

What to check before buying

For sealed sets, look at the box seals and corners in the photos; box condition affects value.
For opened sets, check whether it is stated as complete and whether the instructions are included.
Chrome and plated minifigures are often custom-made rather than official LEGO releases; read the description to see which you are buying.

Most sets here are between about EUR 400 and EUR 1,400. Each is a single item, shipping is free, and the product page shows its ship-by date.

Frequently asked questions

What is a retired LEGO set?

A retired LEGO set is one that LEGO no longer produces or sells through its own shops. Most sets are on sale for one to three years. Once retired, supply is limited to existing stock and private collections, which is why sealed retired sets, especially large Star Wars and Creator Expert models, are collected and often cost more than their original retail price.

What is the LEGO Ultimate Collector Series?

The Ultimate Collector Series (UCS) is LEGO's range of large, detailed Star Wars display models aimed at adult builders, such as the Millennium Falcon and the Death Star. UCS sets usually come with a display stand and information plaque and have high piece counts. Older UCS sets that are still sealed are among the most sought-after LEGO items.

Are chrome LEGO minifigures official?

Only a few chrome minifigures were released by LEGO itself, mostly as rare promotional items. Most chrome gold and chrome silver figures on the market are customised: genuine LEGO parts that have been plated or printed by third parties. The listing description should say what the figure is, so read it before buying if you want only official LEGO releases.
